Turbo-props and light jets designed to cost-effectively fly up to 9 passengers approximately 1,500 miles (~3 hours) AND executive jets capable of flying up to 19 on trans-oceanic missions. The seating on these airplanes is almost always "VIP club seating."
These planes can get in and out of the shortest of runways, making them ideal for reaching far-off destinations.
Ideal For: 4 to 19 passengers
Range: 1,000 to 7,500 miles (2 to 10 hours)
Price Range: $2,000 to $7,500 per hour
Security Screening: None required
For mid-sized groups, this is the most efficient & cost-effective category. Most of these planes are "Regional Jets" (RJs) and come in both standard and VIP configurations. Standard - with more seats - is usually more cost effective on a per person basis.
These planes typically require a runway length of 5,000 (vs. 7-8,000 for larger airliners) which provides incredible destination flexibility.
Ideal For: Groups with 20-50 passengers
Range: 1,200 to 2,000 (2 to 4 hours)
Price Range: $5,000 to $9,500 per hour
Security Screening: Typically no TSA.
Groups of 50 or more will fall into this category. The most prevalent airplanes in this segment are Airbus 320's, Boeing 737's, 757's, and 767's in both standard (150 or more seats) and VIP (58 to 102 plush seats) configurations.
These planes typically require longer runway's and, if the seat count exceeds 60, airports that have TSA screening capabilities.
Ideal For: Groups with 50-200+ passengers
Range: 2,500 to 7,500 miles (4 to 10 hours)
Price Range: $8,500 to $15,000+ per hour
Security Screening: TSA if over 60 seats
Our Selection criteria
The safety of our passengers is our top priority. The majority of aircraft operators we work with maintain ARG/US Platinum certification for safety, which is the highest rating from the most respected independent third party in the industry. If they are not ARG/US Platinum, we perform detailed safety research to ensure they meet our own rigorous standards.
We have assembled one of the industry’s largest preferred network of large, charter airliners (30-150+ passengers). By offering a greater number of seats, we’re able to significantly reduce cost. For smaller groups (4 to 30 passengers), we creatively work with our partners to obtain the most price-prudent solution.
Our partner aircraft are strategically distributed throughout North America so that we have airplanes available for a non-stop flight directly to your destination. Furthermore, we select aircraft based on their ability to access smaller, regional airports so that our guests can get as close to their final destination as possible.
We selectively invite airplanes into our Preferred Partner Network based on a rigorous evaluation of passenger comfort. We seek to identify recent aircraft models with leather seating, substantial leg room, full-service galleys, comfortable lavatories and unique touches. We stock our airplanes with special amenities to enhance the guest experience.
